E-Design is for anyone, anywhere who needs help with design plans. We create a mood board for the overall theme for each of your rooms so you can visualize your space before finalizing the design.
We work with an agreed shopping list for a makeover day. Leave the shopping to us and let us add finishing touches to your home after design.

Consultation and Detailed Staging Report
In this intensive two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!
- We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
- Using a detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
- The detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"
Power Staging and Mini-Makeover
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.
- We will make huge transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- We will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
- We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go.
Home must be prepped and professionally cleaned prior to stager arriving.
Does not include lifting heavy furniture.
Ultimate Staging and One-Day Make Over
Do you have a larger home that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem!
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- We will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
- We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

multi-room consultation
This staging service gives you all the benefits of the room by room consultation but offers a discount for signing up for more than one room up front.
- This consultation gets you the best return on your investment if you are planning on painting multiple rooms
- This consultation also ensures continuity of color schemes and allows you to better plan the BIGGER picture
e-design consultation - visualize & design your home online
silver package
In this e-design package you will get everything you need for one room, including links to furnishings and a custom color palette.
- We start with an online discovery call to create a project budget and get to know your style and needs
- Using online e-design tools we collaborate to create one final room design and create a custom color palette for the room
- Best of all you will also get an online concept board with master shopping lists with links to make it easier to purchase the items on the concept board
gold package
In this package you will get everything in the silver package but for two rooms and direct messaging with the designer to fine tune the concept boards.
- As always, we will start with an online discovery call and also introduce you to the designer who will work with you throughout the project
- In addition to the concept boards you will also get two feedback revisions with the designer to make this truly interactive so you get EXACTLY what you are looking for
